How much time will this really take?
After an initial 15-minute meeting, the workload is on us. We will present you with a savings analysis for your review, negotiate on your behalf, and perform monthly compliance audits moving forward.
We simply ask for a 12-month General Ledger report from your bookkeeping system or a Transactions by Vendor report. From that one report we will review which vendors you’re paying, how often you’re paying them, the method by which you’re making those payments, and the total annual spend that represents; We’ll then produce an Optimization Analysis based on our $6t of benchmarking data to outline how and where we can help you reduce expenses
What does your service cost?
We charge 50% of the savings, that we help you realize on a monthly basis. If we don’t save you any money, you don’t pay us anything
Will my vendor relationships be negatively impacted?
We will never change a vendor without your permission. Our goal is to never change your service provider or vendor. But we may show you proposals for changes if we think we can get you to a better level of service/features at a price that’s low enough to make it worth the change.
We won’t intervene in any expense categories or vendor relationships that you don’t want us to. One of the first steps in our process is to present to you an Optimization Analysis which includes the expense types and specific vendors that we would like to approach. If there is a vendor or expense type that you would prefer to manage on your own, then we’ll respect that.
